Ka mbaruar studimet në degën Punë Sociale në vitin 2003 dhe studimet Master në vitin 2008 në Fakultetin e Shkencave Sociale, Departamenti i Punës Sociale, Universiteti i Tiranës.

Aktualisht vazhdon studimet e Doktoraturës në degën Punë Sociale në Fakultetin e Shkencave Sociale, Departamenti i Punës Sociale, Universiteti i Tiranës.

Prej vitit 2016 vazhdon Specializimin afatgjatë në Psikoterapinë Psikoanalitike,Universiteti “Sigmund Freud “ Vjenë (SFU) dhe Instituti për Psikoanalizën dhe Psikoterapinë e Aplikuar Instbruk (IAP ).

Znj.Anila Koxha punon në Kryqin e Kuq Shqiptar, Dega Tiranë që prej vitit 2004 si koordinatore e Programit të Shëndetit, Programit Social dhe atij të Rinisë dhe Edukimit Humanitar.

Gjithashtu prej 10 vjetësh supervizon studentët e Fakulteteve të Shkencave Sociale të universiteteve publike dhe jopublike që kryejnë praktikat profesionale në Kryqin e Kuq Shqiptar, Dega Tiranë.

Në vitet 2006 – 2008 ka ofruar ekspertizën e saj në sistemin Gjyqësor, si eksperte e përcaktimit të kujdestarisë së fëmijëve në rastet e divorceve.

Në vitet 2009 – 2013 ka qënë pjesë e stafit akademik të Universitetit ”Aleksandër Moisiu ” Durrës si lektore e jashtme e lëndës ”Shkrim Akademik”.

Aktualisht është pjesë e stafit të Qendrës së Psikoterapisë për Grupe dhe Individë ku punon si Psikoterapiste nën supervizim.

Has finished her studies in Social Work in 2003 and her Master degree in 2008 at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Social Work, University of Tirana.

Actually she continues her doctoral studies in Social Work at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Social Work, University of Tirana.

Since 2016, she continues the long-term Specialization in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, “Sigmund Freud” Vienna University (SFU) and the Institute for Psychoanalysis and Applied Psychotherapy Instruments (IAP).

Mrs. Anila Koxha has been working at the Albanian Red Cross, Tirana Branch since 2004 as Coordinator of the Health Program, the Social Program, the Youth and Humanitarian Education Program. Also, since 10 years she has been supervising the students of the Faculties of Social Sciences from public and non-public universities performing professional practices at the Albanian Red Cross, Tirana Branch.

In the years 2006 – 2008, she has offered her expertise in the Judicial System, as an expert in defining the custody of children in divorce cases.

In 2009 – 2013 she has been part of the academic staff of the University “Alexandër Moisiu” Durrës, as a part – time lecturer of “Academic Writing” module.

Actually she is part of “Psychotherapy Center for Groups and Individuals” staff where she works as a Psychotherapist under supervision.
