Znj. Sokoli ka 18 vite eksperiencë në praktikën e këshillimit dhe psikoterapisë me klientë në kontekste nevoja dhe problematika të ndryshme. Përveç këshillimit dhe psikoterapisë, Znj. Sokoli ofron supervizion individual dhe në grup. Është pedagoge me kohë të plotë në Departamentin e Pedagogjisë dhe Psikologjisë të Fakultetit të Shkencave Sociale, në Universitetin e Tiranës. Ka një përvojë 18 vjeçare në fushën e mësimdhënies dhe të kërkimit shkencor në fushën e psikologjisë. Aktualisht zhvillon mësim në programet Master i Shkencave në Psikologji Klinike, Master Profesional në Psikologji Ligjore dhe Bachelor në Psikologji. Ka përvojë të gjatë në udhëheqjen e tezave të kërkimit për diplomat në nivelin bachelor dhe master. Që nga viti 2004, ka eksperiencë si eksperte në projekte të ndryshme në fushën e shkencave sociale. Është anëtare e disa shoqatave profesioniste kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare në fushën e psikologjisë dhe psikoterapisë. Ka disa botime dhe konferenca shkencore në fushën e psikologjisë.

Mrs. Sokoli experience in counseling and psychotherapy practice has started in 2004 working with clients having diverse backgrounds needs and psychological problems. In addition to offering counseling and psychotherapy, Mrs. Sokoli provides individual and group supervision. She is a lecturer at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Pedagogy and Psychology. Mrs. Sokoli teaching and research experience in psychology has started in 2004. Actually she lectures subjects of Clinical Psychology in MSc, in Forensic Psychology in MA and Bachelor studies. Mrs.Sokoli has many years of experience in mentoring and supervision student’s researches and academic thesis. Mrs. Sokoli has been offering of psychological expertise in locally and internationally funded projects for many years. She is a member of national and international professional associations for psychology and psychotherapy. Mrs.Sokoli has authored and coauthored in many publications and conferences.
