Z. Florian Kulla është psikolog fëmijësh i specializuar në punën terapeutike me fëmijët dhe prindërit.
Z. Kulla është diplomuar si psikolog klinik në vitin 2003. Studimet e tij të doktoraturës janë fokusuar tek fëmijët me çrregullime të zhvillimit.
Ai ka punuar si psikolog pranë Bashkisë së Tiranës (Qendra e Zhvillimit) për një periudhë dhjetë vjeçare, si specialist në ekipet e ndërhyrjes së hershme.
Ai ka ndjekur një numër të madh trajnimesh ndërkombëtare në fushën e këshillimit dhe psikoterapisë me fëmijët dhe adoleshentët.
Z. Kulla është i çertifikuar si psikoterapist nga Shoqata Europiane për Psikoterapi http://www.europsyche.org/ecp
Ai është psikodramatist i çertifikuar nga Instituti i Psikodramës (Beograd).Aktualisht ai është drejtues i Shoqatës Shqiptare për Psikodramë. Prej disa vitesh ai punon si psikoterapist me fëmijët, të rinjtë dhe të rriturit individualisht dhe në grupe.

Mr. Florian Kulla, is a child psychologist who specializes in working with marginalized groups in counseling and therapy.
Mr. Kulla received his undergraduate degree in clinical psychology (2003) and Msc from Tirana University. His doctoral studies are mainly focused on the education of children with developmental disabilities.He has worked for 10 years as a community psychologist in Tirana Municipality, (Economic Centre for Child Development and Education).
He has received a number of trainings from national and international organizations to help children and adolescents in mental and developmental issues.
Mr. Kulla is certified as a psychotherapist from Europian Association for Psychotherapy http://www.europsyche.org/ecp
Institute for Psychodrama (Beograd) has certified him as a psychodramatist.
Currently he is the president of Albanian Association for Psychodrama.
Since few years he is working in private practice as a psychotherapist with children, youth and adults.
